I have proof of name change(Gazette) done in India in 1995. But I ended up with my old name in my passport and so in U.S.
With my Attorneys OK I applied my Green Card with
the new name(not the one that is in my passport).
My Labor, I-140 are cleared and I'm going to CS to Mumbai on Nov 28.
I have all other documents (except the labor and I-140) in the new name. Will there be any issue when I go for the interview with the new name.
