Hello, I was petitioned by my stepdad (who is an American Citizen and married my mom). I immigrated in to the U.S. few days before I turned 21 years old (I am now 27 years old). I have been a permanent resident since. Also I believed my daughter was in my petition but she never migrated in the U.S. (who is now 10 years old). I was a minor, unmarried with a child when my dad petitioned me. Is it true that I don't need to petition my daughter again since she has been petitioned by my stepdad even though she never immigrated to the U.S.? Also would it be possible for me to get my daughter instantly without having to repetition her again or wait since she was already petitioned by my dad who is an American citizen?
