Time period to enter Packet III

My Packet III was received by Chennai on 13th October(Fedex tracking says it was delivered on 13th).

I called Chennai on 20th October. They told me that they have not received my Packet III. How long does it take to enter Packet III in their system?

The lady I talked to, asked me to call after 2 weeks.

I don't think it should take that much time,
From my friends experience, they lost his pcakt '3' once..,( on Fedex it said, it got received at Madras).
He sent P3 to his father to hand deliver it... and got it delivered.

did they confirmed whether they received or Not...

I feel you should better follow it up (probably after a week).


do they give answers to e-mail queries at chennai, does any body has some experience on this...
