filling OF 169 and OF 230

Do we need to send all documents in original or just copies.

Also in OF 230 there is not enough space to list 10 years of employment. Should I send an attacment or something?. Same for details about where I lived after age 16. I have 8 places to list but there are only 5 rows.

OF169 says just checkmark against the list of documents. But in another place it says send a copy.

Can some one help me.

You need to send neither copy nor original. You have to just prepare have docs and take them with you to interview.

Attach separate sheet and write the item no. for which you are attaching that sheet.

OF 169 states "ONLY ONE COPY OF EACH DOCUMENT, EXCEPT PHOTOGRAPHS, MUST BE SUBMITTED
WITH THE VISA APPLICATION. YOU ARE ADVISED, HOWEVER, TO OBTAIN THE
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS IN DUPLICATE, AS THIS WILL ENABLE YOU TO PROVIDE
IDENTICAL COPIES IN THE EVENT THE FIRST SET IS LOST OR DAMAGED.
I'm confused. Do we send the copies to NVC or not?

Do we need to bring this form to the interview? I'm confused, is this the choice of agent form? the original was being submitted to the NVC, i dont have a copy of it... will they still look for it at the time of interview?
