My H1b expires on december 31st 2000(and so does I-94).
I have filed for H1 extension arround 3 months back.I am likely to
get CP interview in december, so if my H1 extension doesn't get
approved before I go for interview will there be any problem.
As been told on this board any visa gets cancelled when you appear for
the interview, so I guess it shouldn't be any problem?
