Any of you know about how to handle spin off after Interview date is set?
1) I keep seeing that rockstart123 did this in Mumbai - but I cant find his original post even with search feature - can anyone post how he/she handled this?
2) In case of a spin off of my company from the mother company, can I just take documentation to the consulate to show that this i Successor in Interest - is this sufficient or is it more complicated like refiling I140 and so on
Can anyone shed some light on this?
