NVC did not include my wife in Packet3.
But my wife will do CP with me. I included my wife in the packet3 application forms when i send it to Chennai.

How do i make sure that my wife is not missed by the consulate when they set up the interview?

When you call the consulate to confirm that you P3 has been recieved and entered into the system. Make sure that they have included you wife.

NOte this maybe important as they(Consulate) needs to request a visa # for your wife ( I maybe wrong - fellow posters please confirm).
