Hi,
I am the primary applicant. My packet 3 received
in chennai on 09/18/2000.

Packet-3 information updated on 09/25/2000.
My interview scheduled on 11/28/2000

I am leaving to Chennai on 11/19/2000.

Question:

If my wife want to go to INDIA at earlier date
in october.

Do i need her here in US to obtain any documents.
(i.e signatures etc. .......)

Is there any document that i would not be able
to obtain , if she is not here.

You would need to get the sailing permit for her. If she gets that and goes, she would be fine.
