Did you sent your packet 3 after Sep 15?

I have sent mine on Oct 5th.
Trying to get in touch with people who might get interview some time in dec.
Have you heard anything from Mumbai for your case?

Also what was the cut off date for November interviews?

I sent packet 3 to Mumbai October 10th - it is in transit. I am trying to get an interview date in the first week of January (I sent an email requesting that today). You are going through the CP/NVC route right?

I'm not sure when exactly they entered in their system, but it was somewhere around 15th. EB3/NVC

I received my case# on Aug 31 from mumbai EB2/AC-140.
I haven't got a November interview. Still waiting ...

My Packet III was set to Mumbai on Sep. 28th
Packet reached Mumbai Oct. 3rd
Case No. Assigned Octo. 6th

I could not find any info on how to get the case number. I have submitted my papers for AC140. I understand that they now require I824 original notice to accept the case. I do not have it as I had not asked for CP originally. Any help would be appreciated.

reached on sept21st

My case(CP/EB2) reached mumbai on 21st september. I have requested date
after 15th december.looks like being accepted ,otherwise would have been called
in November

Actuly NVC had sent the case number with packet3
to my lawyer, thats how I got it.

Im going through normal NVC/CP on 140.

What email id did you send email to mumbai? do you have their phone no?
