Details are as follow:-
Primary applicant: EB2
on H1-B status before CP.
Dependent: Spouse on H4 before CP.
I-140 approved: 10th July. 2000.
Mailed AC-I140 application to Mumbai consulate: 7/25/00.
My attorney recvd. case # via e-mail: 07/28/2000.
CP interview date posted on Mumbai consulate: 9/18/2000.
Scheduled CP interview date: 10/13/2000.
Recvd. packets 3 and 4 from consulate: 9/26/2000.
Reached Mumbai: 10/06/2000 night.
Medical exam: 10/11/2000 at 7 am at Hinduja.
Medical procedure completed in a day including
wait time.
Had all vaccinations in India and only one in U.S. and
had taken medical records as evidence.
They did chest X-ray Came back at 1:30 pm for physical exam.
Physical took 5-10 mins.
They give you your medical reports and chest X-rays sealed that you need for the interview soon after the physical exam
On 13th october I was with my wife and kid to consulate
at 7:30 AM. There where about 20-25 people in Immigrant visa

Indian Officer was cool he had asked for
Primary applicant bundle to be given to Indian Counsalar Officer.

(3) Medical envelop from HINDUJA. (Looking to the X-rays Indian officer was laughing).
(4) OF Part I - from Packet IV (ORIGINAL).

(6) Notary Public Letter from Company (ORIGINAL).
(7) Birth Certificate from **** * Nagar Palika (Copy).
(8) Affidavit of support from Daddy in English for Birth Certificate(Copy).
(9) Affidavit of support from Mummy in English for Birth Certificate
(10) Marriage Certifcate (Copy).
(11) Form 9003 (Original).
(12) I had submited the 1999 tax return forms (COPY) (He gave me back! We don't need this! that was his answer)
(13) Primary Applicant need to sign One form from them. (its regarding .. As soon as I land in US I will join the same company.)

after 1 hour we where called by American Officer
and within three minutes we where out to pay
the fees.
Questions:-
when you came first to US.
What was your status.
What is your company name.
Then we where asked to sign the document (OF Part II).
