My I-140 approved on Aug'07-00 with Consular Processing option from VSC.
The approval notice correctly noted that the case is sent to "Department of State National Visa Center (NVC)".
However, NVC did not receive the case as of today. INS IIO claims that they sent the case to NVC.
I would like to escalate the matter with higher official at VSC to resend the file to NVC.
To do this, I would like to send a fax enquiry to VSC Devision-1 Duty officer, but I Could not get the VSC Devision-1 FAX number.
Could you please provide me the VSC Devision-1 FAX number?
Or, could you please suggest me an alternate solution.
