Dear All:
I am going to file AC-140/I824. But today, my lawyer said He forgot to make a copy of my LC. The LC was included in I-140 petition when He filed for I-140. Right now, I have all the documents in I-140 petition except a copy of Laber Certiciate.
Is that a big issue to me?
Will the consulate not accept my AC-140/I824 case?
