Chennai Consulate: Anyone doing their ACP ?

Hi:
With the new rules, it looks like Chennai has
to accept the AC-140 cases IF I-824 has
already been filed.
Has anyone tried this yet ?
If so did it get accepted ?

Any info. regarding this will be highly
appreciated.

Not a must

There is nothing that says "MUST". It is at the discretion of the Consulate and they have all along flaged it DOWN as NO.

So they can always claim they have a work load therefore cannot accomodate Ac Cases.

We'll have to wait and see. Also they may entertain one or two cases as an exception and reject most. One never knows "This is all speculation"
