To IMMIHELP Administrator,

Questions on Packet IV,
1) In OF 230 PART II column 31 HAVE YOU EVER APPLIED FOR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER?
I think I need to say yes because I have taken one when I initially came to US
but what is confussing is in the same column it says
Do you want a Social Security Card issued to you? with Yes and No option
Do you think I need to check the NO option

My wife is on H-4 and she has a TIN number so I guess I need to say No in the first question and Yes in the following question

Also Column 34 The following documents are submitted in support of this application:
Should I check Affidavit of support under my application or under my wife's application

You don' have to file I-134 for you . Only for your wife. So in her form , tick affidavit of support .

Hi San,
I just have a question. Does OF 230 Part 1 or 2 differ any way from the one we can download from Immihelp.
I got my OF 230 Part 1 which was identical to the one found here. Please let me know.
