IMMIHELP, long edge or short edge?

In the page of fillable form, you say OF-169 should be printed 2 sided on short edge.

but in the page of AC140 in Consular Processing, you say OF-169 should be printed 2 sided on long edge.

Which is correct?

Or actually, the Consular does not care how the form is printed?

Print 1 side only. photocopy two pages(f@#%$t side and back side) to 1 page.

Can you please elaborate that a bit more. Why would you take a i sided printout and then photocopy into 2 sided?
Besides, the question was about long edge or short edge.
Even the I-134 instruction on this site says short edge.
Can someone please clear this confusion.

I don't think it matters at all

My Attorney had all forms printed fliped along long edge.

I don't think it matters the least as long as you print back to back
