Form OF 230

Hi Immihelp,

I have a question regarding Item 21 in Form 230. This item is on dates of all previous visits to the US. When answering this question, I only mentioned the date I entered US on H1 Visa. I have several business visit out of US in the last two years. I was told later that all the visits need to be mentioned. Is the omission serious. How can I rectify. Please give your feedback

no problem

You don't need to enter all the times when you left the US on vacation or business trips.
Just the date when you first entered with the H1 is ok.
