Have an approved I-140 and chose to use consular processing. I used an attorney for the I-140 filling and signed a form G-28 with their firm. I've been almost scared by them to continue using them for my consular processing charging me at an hourly rate. Question do I need to use them at this stage and if not how do I get out of this deal? Are there any repercussions?
