My I140 has been pending at VSC since Feb'00, but I expect the approval soon (I hope!). I was planning to apply for I-485 (as I dont have time left on my H1) and then AC-140 to Mumbai. However, my wife might be pregnant. Does anyone know if this pregnancy poses a problem in going for CP AC140 in Mumbai. We finished the medical for I-485 about 2 months back, and I have records of the vaccinations we took then. Also, my wife did not test positive for TB during the 485 medical.
