Hello All,

I am glad to see Juarez accepting CP appli. from any citizen waiting for 485 approval, on this site.

To apply for CP in Juarez, when do we send packet 3.
Or there is no need of it. Has anybody done CP in Juarez.
I have been waiting for 485 approval for long. May be this is a good way to go now. What is the procedure for this.

ImmiHelp please respond on this.

There has been a lot of hype and news about Juarez. Lot of people, including attorney's saying " Way to go" to some candidates.

However I have not see a single candidate post as saying Yes I have mailed my CP documents or "It has been accepted" .... or "Success"

But now with the new immigration bills things have brigntened up and not so gloomy.

Also, alongwith your I-485 you have to had filed your I824 seeking to change from AOS to CP. Only then will CJ accept your application.
