Job title change

Hi folks,
I am going through CP in Mumbai. I have following questions.

(1) In My Labor Certification my job title was "Senior Engineer" and now my title is "principal engineer". My job responsibilities are not changed with the new title. Can this new title be a problem at the time of Interview?

(2) My pkt 3 will be received by Mumbai on Oct. 5th. When should I expect the interview?

1. If Roles and responsibilities are the same I don't think it maybe a problem-- Seek Legal opinion.

2. Your interview will most likely be in December.
