Dear Immihelp:

At the end of the new memo, from State Department, you posted "... make sure you are not
suject to 3/10 years bar ..."

What is "3/10 years bar?

If you stayed in US for more than 6 month illegally and then if you voluntarily leave US, you will be banned from entering US for 3 years. Those 3 years increase to 10 years if you stay illegally for more than 1 year. (All these applies after January 14, 1998)
