Question on CP

Q1:

I put my current job title in Packet 3 Form. My Employer says that the Employment letter should have the job title and salary listed in the Labor certification. Will it a problem during Interview ?


Q2:

I have received packet 4 Forms from the consulate. Is it a problem to fill out the PDF forms on the computer and print it and use it in the Consulate interview or do I have to fill out the forms sent by the consulate ?

Your employer is right. The title should be what position they had applied for and that you will be doing in future
after you come back. That is what a greencard is approved for. Assume you are in india, and are coming for a job for which the employer has a labor cert., and he will write a letter that you "will have" this job after you get the green card and come to join them.

Get a lawyer. Always helpful.
