Pkt4 -- Appt Letter

The appointment letter that I recd with the Packet does NOT have the signature of the immigrant officer. Is this the case with the others. I am asking in case there is a problem during the medicals.

I too have the appointment letter without the signature of the immigrant officer.

In the bottom of letter there are two colums

"Visa Appointment" "Medical Appointment"
date and time empty

Case number : **** **** **
Name (P): name

Travelling applicants:
(P)name and birth date
(S)name and birth date

Preference category:E2 - IND
Encl: Packet 4
