Has anyone filed for EB2 category using BS + 5 where Indian experience is involved. Is it wise to use that experience when you learn that the particular company no longer exists or has been bought over or is named something else or has relocated. In such cases how can u validate the Indian Experience. is validation the applicants job or do the consulates engage in good background checks and learn of it.
sometimes you have filed the labor application showing experience on a company name and by the time you apply for I 485 that name has either changed or the company no longer exists and has been bought. Also it is possible that when you first applied for H1 you showed a company name in your past employment and that name or address has now changed. I am sure previous H1 records are also stored in an electronic file.
So when you file Packet 3 for Cp or file i 485 what do you do? do u explain in a letter your situation clearly? Has anyone gone through such a thing before? how did they handle it.
