URGENT : Which Consulate?

Hi All,

My packet 3 has already reached US consulate at Chennai. I had designated US consulate at Chennai for CP based on the fact that my parents live there and my current residence is in Chennai.

However since I had lived in Delhi for 10 years before coming to US in 1992, my new attorney ( I had fired my old attorney ), mentioned that the US consulate at Delhi should have jurisdiction over my case.

Please help. I am not sure what to do. This is urgent

If the permanent address in your passport shows Delhi address, you will probably fall in Delhi jurisdiction.
I have lived in many cities in India but because my passport had the permanent address from Gujarat, I fell under Mumbai jurisdiction.
