CP rejected by Bombay

Possible cause is no original I140 attached while duing AC I140.
Is there anyway I can do this without the original I140. Will it suffice if my lawyer writes a letter stating that mt original i140 was sent for AOS purposes.

NO, they do not accept that line. You should have 2 original I140 approvals. One with the Attorney and another courtesy copy with your employer. So track down the second and re-file AC140.
