We hear all the time about Attorney Certified 140 which includes all
docs filed in original I-140 application.
I would like to know how exactly attorney "certifies" all these docs ?
Do they have a seal like Public Notaries ?
Or is it just a cover letter stating that all included documents are genuine ?
Would greatly appreciate insights,
