Since Packet 4 is received so late, barely few days before an interview, and sometimes not recvd at all until the applicant goes to foreign consulate, I thought it would help if you can provide the contents of Packet 4 on this website, so that people don't stress out.
I'd like to help with this by faxing you the contents of my Packet-4 which I received a week ago, so that others preparing for interview can look at the documents/us-visa-and-immigration-forms/instructions online. I can either email you scanned copies, or fax you the docs so you can upload them to your website.
