Hi Immihelp!
I know this CP in Mexico thing sounds too good to be true, but I am totally confused about the whole process.
We have I 140 approved for AOS.we are current for i 485. Now in order to go for CP in Mexico, we file for I 485 and I 824 at the same time.get the I 485 receipt notice and I 824 receipt notice and BEFORE I 824 GETS APPROVED, do what??
in this I 824 shud we specify mexico or Chennai( as in our case) as our consulate of choice?
how to sign up for CP in Mexico? Simply submit them the documentation or call them by phone and show up on the interview date with all the documentation?
is this CP process the same as for any CP like in Packet 3 and 4???
do we need police certificates for teh Mexico CP too? and since we have to do a medical checkup for I 485 to be filed..do we need to do it again for Mexico CP as well?
Any help will be greatly clear all my cobwebs and will be highly appreciated.
