Hi, immihelp,
I got my I-140 approved with my name typed incorrectly(they put a "M" as my middle name, but I don't have a middle name at all). I did not opt for CP, but my file was forwarded to NVC for some reason. So my questions are:
Is it necessary for me to call INS to remove the middle-"M" from my name?
Am I still eligible for AC-140 or apply for GC through Mexico?
