When I applied for I-140, I selected "Opt for CP" option instead of "Adjusting Status in US" because people told me I can still file for I-485 after receiving the I-140 approval.
After I received my I-140 approval, I immediately filed I-485 even though the I-140 was approved for CP.
I received my I-485 receipt notice recently.
Do I still have the option of apply CP in Ciudad Juarez? Is there anything I can do to be qualified for the Ciudad Juarez filing?
