my i-140 is recently approved. i work for an Indian company and would be going back to India for about 6 to 12 months, vacating the USA apartment etc.. what is the better option for me AOS (after I come back 6 to 12 months later) / CP?
if cp it would be from chennai. what are the different steps for cp? Do i need police certs from all places i lived for more than 180 days in the last 10 years (out side USA)? What else i need to do? How long will this take? Any thing else i need to know / concerned about?
