EB3 CP processing and EB2 I-485 Processing in parallel.??

My EB3 Priority date is 25th Jan 99 and I have applied for CP about a month ago. Meanwhile, my EB2 I-140 approval is also through. Can I apply parallely for I-485 for my EB2 approval??

If EB3 PD is 25th Jan 99, will CP be faster or I-485 processing...?? Appriciate your reply.

If u have 2 petitions the best way to go about it is
Use one petition for AOS and the other one for CP.
