After CP done, can my wife enter USA after me

After CP done, can my wife enter USA at a later date than me. There is a need for my wife to stay in India for a month after I return to USA. Any help appreciated.

port of entry requirements

I was looking for any documentation or letters to be taken by my wife (dependent) while entering the port of entry (Chicago) in my absence. I know immigrant visa holders ,entering for the first time, will be taken finger prints at the port of entry. Does that procedure require my presence (Greencard applicant) ?

As far as i know primary applicant must enter first and beneficiary must enter within 6 months.

each applicant will be given separate envelops at the time of interview and each will have immigrant visa attached to it.

Can My wife enter USA after i , the primary applicant entered USA,

I am planning to enter USA withmy immigrant Visa on the last week of this month and can my wife join me later.

With your experience, i can make sure i can do it.
