after what period of time was the interview date set up since you mailed your initial package to CJ ( i 824 reciept etc)?

Where will you get the medicals done and how many days will it take to process the results.

My Pkt 3 was sent in the last week of Oct.
We need to get the medicals done in Juarez.
I called the "Clinica Medica Internacional" mentioned in the
Consulate Web site.
They said the physicals will take 1 day.

where was the original 824 for.
Did you have to constanly keep calling Juarez to find out waht was going on? Did you fedex pkt3?
Did they ask for the original I140 with pkt3?

My I-824 is not yet approved. 824 was for Chennai.
My lawyer asked me not to call Juarez.
My original I-140 approval was sent to Juarez along with Pkt 3.

Apart from Original I-140,I-824 Receipt and
Packet 3 What were the othee documents sent
I mean what was part of the I-140 Petition
Is it only the copy of the Form for I-140?

MON123 : As far as I know only the Original I-140 approval notice,
original I-824 Receipt notice and Packet 3 were sent. My lawyer
sent these and I don't know of any other documents sent.

waiting. Hopefully I should get it next month. I am eager to know on how you planned
to travel there from ElPaso. Are you getting help from Victor Garcia? Is Mexican visa
necessary?

Since the medicals are done in Juarez, how many days have you planned to stay
in Juarez?

Info on CP in Ciudad J.

Hello Guys!

Am also in the process of filing I-824 so that I can attend CP at Ciudad J. I already talked to victor garcia about this. He said that the mexican permit that he would get for us is valid for 3 days. That should be enough for our trip to CJ and back.

How did u know about ur interview date? Did u receive a letter from CDJ

Hai:
I am an Indian. I applied with Packet 3 on Oct 27 thru my lawyer.
Nothing has happened so far. I don't know how the 900 number they say it takes 3-5 months.

Another thing I confirmed with the Mexican consulate and they do require police certificate from India.

Srisar and others, please do give all the details. It will definitely help all of us in our pursuit of CP
