    Hai cpnow:
Whom did you talk to at Jaurez regarding police certificates? I called them yesterday, after reading your post, and they confirmed that I don't need a Police certificate from India. I insisted that he talk to his supervisor to be sure and he was absolutely positive.

      I-824 approval??

      Hi Everyone,
I had a question regarding I-824 approval after applying for Ciudad. Will mexico accept case of the person whose case was created before his I-824 was approved. What will happen once I-824 gets approved. Will we be eligible to go?? Since it is taking time for fixing interviews for people, what will happen if I-824 approves in the mean time. Any info appreciated regarding this.
And I also when I talked with people in Juarez a while ago, they said that we dont need a Police Certificate.

Re: Interview at juarez on Feb 14th

              Hi:
Congrats. I sent in October last week. Now there is hope it will come soon for me too.
Please let me know how you are travelling to Mexico, I mean going to El Paso, staying where and details about Mexican visa. I heard they give temporary entry permit at El paso. Please update all the details along the way, it will definitely help me and others in the same boat/

Another thing I confirmed with the Mexican consulate and they do require police certificate from India.

Srisar and others, please do give all the details. It will definitely help all of us in our pursuit of CP
