need some clarification Before Sending Packet3

Hi,
My wife was received packet3(Enclosed OF-169, OF-230 Part I & I-864) from NVC last week and here are few questions I got:

1. would it be necessary for me to fill OF-230 part I since my wife is beneficiary?

2.Once I fill OF-230 part1 and OF-169 does it need any covering letter to send Chennai?

3. Which method is good to send those documents I mean Fedex, UPS etc.?

4. I got a daughter who born here and staying in India, do I need anything other than passport,Birth Certificate and SSN etc to appear before the interview?

5. Since it's employee based immigration do I need to fill I-864 ?

6. Since my daughter was born here do I need to fill I-134?

YES.

One for the whole packet of documents.

Your choice. Most people would probably use fastest most reliable method.

Not sure, but I think you are right. She is a US citizen and you have the documents to show for it.

To my understanding: No.

6. Since my daughter was born here do I need to fill I-134?
Not sure (probably not). In any case, you do not need to send I-134 now, you take it later with you to the interview.
Your wife might need to fill I-134 for you, to be taken to the interview.

yes your wife would need to fill one I-134 for every dependent.

My lawyer's assistant, which handles CP, said that your American citizen son/daughter does not need I-134.

Absolutely no documentation required for your US born child. But do take the passport with you, only to demonstrate that everythings taken care of and none in your family is left out.
