    If CP gets rejected for any reason, Would consulate cancel HIB visa.

    I suppose it can, in cases of high fraud for example. You should be aware of a reason they might do that.

      If the grounds on which the GC is being denied shares the same foundation for H1. Such as Fraudelent, experience, Education etc.
