Hi,
i have just recently submitted my packet 3 to the Chennai consulate. I would like to bring my spouse from India to the US on a L2 visa ( i am on a L1A visa) while we wait for our packet 3 to be processed and the interview date to be finalized. Are there any risks in doing this as i would be asking the chennai consulate to issue a non-immigrant L2 visa while they are processing her immigrant visa application.
i am a little concerned and any direction/ideas would be welcome
