Greetings,
Could anybody teach me about the following questions?
1) After I-140 is approved, the original approval notice will be sent to my lawyer. Then, what exact documents are sent from INS to NVC? I guess it's the entire petition docs (i.e. application for I-140) when I filed I-140, is it right? Or should my lawyer send the ORIGINAL approval to NVC? Who should keep that ORIGINAL approval sheet after all?
2) Once NVC got the PETITION not APPROVAL NOTICE of I-140, what do they send to Consular Post in my country? Is it the petition documents? If so, do I collect those docs when I have an interview? Or does Consular Officer keep that? Or do they let me hand over to INS officer when I enter US after interview?
I understand the whole process of CP already, but I'm just curious about the destination of my LCA/I-140 petition documents after all.
Appreciate your reply in advance
