How to get a PCC from Saudi Arabia

I am going to select CP at Montreal, I need to get a PCC from Saudi Arabia, and Saudi Consulate doesn’t issue PCC without written letter from NVC or Consulate.

Normally what is the time limit to submit all docs to NVC? Is there any other way to get PCC from Saudi Arabia?

hi ,
i am also in the same boat as i am applying for NZ immigration. as for as i comes to know that ,we have to submit a form to indian embassy for PCC .you can check the details in the following url .

but i am not sure ,that this is proper procedure or not. anybody has come across this type of problem , pls let me know which will be useful for others too n for me ..
