question regarding RFEs for CP
I'm trying to decide between CP and AOS. I was heavily leaning towards CP (in chennai or new delhi) as documentation going in is not an issue.
However lawyer says that with CP if you get an RFE (request for evidence) you have just one day to repond so CP is very risky. Now I'm finding it hard to decide.
Question for the experts: What kind of RFEs can one expect ? Do you really get just 1 day to respond in CP ? What if it is something complicated which needs lawyer input ?
Please respond with any advice/comments/experience re RFEs in case of CP.
