DV2007 -- please advise!

I won DV2007 and my interview was set on Oct. 2006. I went to the interview with my family as they were listed in my application (my husband, my 9 years old son). My older son (he was 18 at that time) couldn't come with us as he couldn't get exit visa at that time. During the interview we described my son situation to the consular officer. She was very nice and gave us a form with the case number and all related information and said ask your son to show us this form whenever he comes to Abu Dhabi embassy to process his case. Once my son got his exit visa he went Abu Dhabi embassy. My son showed the form and got in to US embassy without an appointment. The officer got the entire document and told him they need to do additional administrative processing that will take 2-6 weeks. It's been over 9 weeks but nothing has happened. We exchanged some emails with embassy but they keep saying 2-3 more weeks. My husband, I and my younger son came to united state but my older son is still in Dubai. Please advise what we need to do and how I can reunite my family!
