Would you recommend filing CP in Mexico with family/children ???

Can one file CP in Ciudad Juarex, being an Indian National ???

In my case me my chilren and I are European nationals while my wife is Indian.

Does one then need police certificate from India, Norway and USA. (Lived in USA – 4 yrs, Scandinavia – 15+ yrs. and India before that).

Does one need any other extra paperwork apart from Medical, Police, Birth, Marriage, Employment ?

Can you please provide as much information as possible
