Waiting on Packet 4

Hi!

My packet 3 was mailed enf of Jan. WIll the packet 4 be mailed to my attorney? I have only lived in the US and in INdia. Do I need any police certificates at all?

Also. I thought when you go for CP, you get health check done at the local hospital. What is all the talk aboout getting TB shots etc. here in the US?
