I have just receieved Packet3 from NVC for Consular Processing in Chenai. I have also send AC I-140 on Jan 28th for Consular Processing in Ciudad Juarez(Mexico) to shorten my trip and save some money.
I am totally confused now whether I should send Packet 3 for Chenai or wait to hear something from Ciudad Juarez cunsulate. I do not know how long this is going to take and which one is better.
Can somebody please help me here?
