Missing Packet III at Mumbai consulate?

Has anyone sent their completed Packet III to the Mumbai consulate between Jan 26 and Feb 15 by FedEx and heard from the consulate that it has not yet been received (even though FedEx shows it has been delivered)? I know two people in this situation and am trying to find out if there are others.

My theory is that the consulate must be entering Packet III data into their system in a batch sometime towards the end of the month and that this group missed the last batch at the end of Jan.

Please let me know, so we confirm if this is true.
Any comments from veterans?

Which consulate?

Mine is Mumbai consulate. I sent in my pkt.3 on 24th Jan. Received by Mumbai on 27th Jan. Entered into their system by 2nd Feb.

Rakesh I have the same problem. I sent my Pkt 3 on 7th feb, delivery on 10th feb by Fed-EX at Mumbai Enbassy.
They still have not entered my Pkt 3 in my file. I called them upteen times but all they say is that they have entered my NVC case number and that my Pkt 3 must be in Mailroom.I will call them up again today.
