Going for I-140 with CP....help !!!

As per my lawyer and my company , I have got the Labor Certificate and they have just filed for I-140. But, they have not given me any copy of receipt/approval of LC. Are they supposed to give me a copy ? How do I know its been actually approved ?

Hey..why dont u ask ur HR manager to give u a copy of the I-140 application, and that will have all the needed details. It is the company HR director, that normally signs the form for I-140 application.
