Any further news on your BC issue.
I have interview in March and have similar situation to yours - Birth affadavits and secondary evidence.
It is a real hardship to try and get these non availability certs without physically going to India (my CP is not in India).
There is nobody in India to get these and I do not even know who to contact in Ambala, Harayana - anybody know the adress, then at least I can write a letter and try.

BC Issue

I asked my father to get a non availabilty certificate(Form 18 as well as Form # 19) from the hospital in addition to the affidavits(the format was given by my attorney)from my father and mother separately. I am yet to receive afeedback fromthem in India

I will keep posting as and when I will receive my BC
