Hi,
I am in a very bad situation. I have a copy of my approved labour and the first I-140 approved for adjustment of status. But since INS approved my petition for AOS instead of CP, my attorney contacted INS and they have send out my second I-140 with CP asn also sent the fiel to INS. Now my attorney is acting funny. To make long story short,he refuses to give me the second I-140 approved for CP. I just don't know what to do. My company also is not having much luck with him. What do I do in such a situation? Any help is greatly appreciated.
